Over the last 15 years Michael has photographed tens of thousands of portraits, from young families with new born infants to 50th wedding anniversary lovebirds. Exquisite competent portraiture is a waning art. Try finding a photographer who understands how to balance off camera flash with the ambient background light to create the perfect exposure while still maintaining the proper lighting ratio; and adhering to the precepts of corrective portraiture posing. Over the past decade Michael has taught dozens of photographers the classic fundamentals of lighting and posing and believes with all his soul a portrait is created-it is not a snapshot.
